Those looking forward to the new Huawei flagship might want to mark your calendar now because we now have a date.
Huawei has just sent out an email to the press asking them to save the date. They did not reveal the name of the device but they did say that the event is for the unveiling of a new flagship device.
Since they said it is a flagship, the device is most likely the Huawei Mate 9 smartphone. We also know that HuaWei did announce the Huawei Mate 8 in November last yeat so it is clear that November is the month for the Mate series.
There is not a whole lot of official details about the Huawei Mate 9 right now but it is believed that the device will be running on the Kirin 960 processor and will come with 6GB RAM, 256GB of internal storage, a Leica developed dual camera unit and more.
