Following the arrival of the HTC One M8, many were expecting a mini version of the device getting released in the future but this won’t be happening at all. HTC spoke earlier today to share that they won’t be producing a mid-tier variant of the One M9.
This is surprising because both the old HTC One M7 and M8 came out together with a mini version respectively. It also left us wondering on why HTC decided not to produce the One M9 Mini.
For the smartphone lovers however, they wouldn’t mind not seeing the One M9 Mini. This is because the One M9 Mini will only be a waste of money when released since it might come with a lower-end spec while being priced extravagantly.
The absence of the One M9 Mini will only benefit the Sony. After all, it will mean that the future Z4 Compact will have one less competition to bother about. The Z4 Compact is expected to carry forward the success of the Z3 Compact when released.
