The rumour suggests that HTC will be at the helm of the Nexus 10 2 development. The Korean company was revealed to have won the bid to create this slate from Google. On top of that, the Nexus 10 2 is expected to debut in Q3 this year.
However, this contradicts with a whole other rumour which revealed HTC to be working on the Nexus 8 instead of the 10 2.
Nevertheless, fans are worried for the Nexus tablets as HTC is not a field expert in the industry. The HTC Flyer is one great example of an epic fail. On the other hand, HTC must want to make a comeback and there is no better way than to release a super power Nexus tablet.
If the rumours are spot on, then expect the Nexus 10 2 to run on a 3GHz quad-core processor with 3GB RAM. The huge display will have 2K resolution measured at 2560 x 1600p. On top of that, the Nexus 10 2 will run on the Android 4.5 Lollipop OS.
While it all sounds great, this is still a rumour and best taken with a pinch of salt. If there is something fans can look forward to, it is the Google I/O Conference happening at the end of June.
