We have already seen the new Honda Civic model as well as the Honda Civic Type R so it is safe to say that we already have an idea of what the upcoming Honda Civic Si will look like when it arrives but it looks like Honda might some surprise in store.
The Honda Civic Si test mule was spotted getting tested out in the open and while most of the test mule were uncovered, some parts of its face were covered up. From what we can see, the Honda Civic SI model will be coming in with a design similar to the coupe for with a more aggressive face. In the back, the Honda Civic SI Coupe will be sported a single exhaust. The test mule did not come with a spoiler.
It is believed that the Honda Civic SI will be coming in with a 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will be delivering about 230hp. The engine should also be mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
The new Honda Civic Si should be making its debut at the Los Angeles Motor Show or the Detroit Motor Show next year.
