We know that Honda will be releasing a Honda Civic Hatchback model for sure, what we do not know is how the production model will look like when it arrives. Well, we don’t have to play the guessing game anymore because Honda has just shown us all their cards.
Honda has not unveiled the Honda Civic Hatchback model yet but they did show us the Honda Civic Hatchback Concept at the New York Auto Show. While it is called the concept, we are certain that the production model will look a lot like the concept when it arrives,
The base model will be powered by a 1.5 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will be pushing out about 174hp. The engine might be mated to a six-speed manual transmission or a CVT.
It is believed that the hatchback model will return about 42mpg on the highway when it arrives. More details will be reveal when Honda pull the covers off the production model.
