Valve had just confirmed that Portal 2 is in production but the announcement was made in a bizarre manner. This is because Valve had to agree with the conspiracy theory which was spot on in predicting on Portal 2.
The conspiracy theory was developed by a Portal fan after he discovered a Portal 2 Easter egg in an ARG title from Valve. The whole incident really inspired the Half Life fans that are desperate for information on Half Life 3.
Ever since the Portal 2 announcement was made, Half Life fans have been creating conspiracy theories with the hopes of getting Valve to announce on Half Life 3.
This may sound ridiculous to non-Half Life fans but after seeing how they tirelessly waited for Half Life 3, the fans have every right to do so. Let’s just hope this particular method ends well for the entire Half Life community.
