Even though Half Life 3’s release seems inevitable, it is unfortunate for the Half Life fans as they have waited more than a decade and there is still no word from Valve on the future sequel.
This has apparently made the fans more vulnerable to rumours and leaks as they are willing to hear everything regarding Half Life 3 so as to have a rough idea on the development status of the game.
If the latest leak is followed, then fans should be aware that Half Life 3 will be coming out this year. The leak came out in the form of an item listed on Swedish online retailer’s portal, 499KR, and it quoted the release period to be somewhere in 2015.
Then again, Half Life fans should hold off from getting excited since the ad is obviously, nothing more than a placeholder. Until Valve confirms Half Life 3, 499KR can’t be certain on Half Life 3’s debut date.
Besides, what are the odds for a Swedish online retailer to know more about Half Life 3 than the rest of the world.
