Many gamers can’t wait for E3, especially those that are waiting for an announcement on Half Life 3. Many signs are already around highlighting that E3 will be the place for Half Life 3’s announcement. Well, E3 is going to commence tomorrow so how will it get announced?
A new theory suggests that Valve will skip Half Life 3’s announcement completely but instead, make the official reveal through a mini-game. This is based on the Steam summer sale mini-game which has a loading bar that can only achieve 97%.
Take 100% and deduct it to 97%, it shows the number 3. While it might sound ridiculous, this is the best hint to Half Life 3’s announcement.
This is further supported by Counter Strike and DOTA. Valve has been revealing on CS:GoU but it is going to be nothing more than an update to CS:GO. Similarly, Reborn will be an add-on to Dota 2. If the pattern continues, then the mini-game will be the confirmation for Half Life 3.
