If Half Life fans are to carefully check out Valve’s latest tease on GDC, together with the rumours on Half Life 3, then the highly anticipated sequel is in contention to get announced at the event.
The hints are already present and they do point to Half Life 3’s announcement at GDC. In detail, the announcement is scheduled for March 3 at 3pm. Considering that March is the third month on the calendar, it further teases that the announcement will be involving a third sequel title.
Of course, as it stands, the announcement could either be on Half Life 3 or Left 4 Dead 3. After all both titles have got their source codes discovered in Dota 2’s mainframe and it subliminally confirms that they are currently getting produced by Valve.
There is no way to be sure on this and everything will surely be clarified on March 3, 3pm. For us, we still believe that Half Life 3’s announcement will be set on E3 due to the prestige status of the event. What do you think?
