For more than a decade already, Half Life fans have been waiting for Half Life 3. They have tried many unusual methods to get Valve to confirm on Half Life 3 but they have all failed to bear fruits.
Now, the fans are trying out conspiracy theories. They believe that if a theory is spot on, Valve will come out and confirm on the game.
The inspiration came from Portal 2’s announcement. About a month ago, a Portal 2 fan discovered an Easter egg on the upcoming title in an ARG game. He then wrote a conspiracy theory and it was met by a confirmation from Valve.
As such, the Half Life fans are now spamming theories on various gaming forums with the hopes of getting the same treatment.
