Earlier this year, all eyes were glued on Valve at GDC. This is because many believed that GDC will be the place where Valve will announce on Half Life 3. Well, things didn’t turn out as expected and Half Life 3 remained unannounced.
This cannot be helped as GDC is a tech event and it is very rare to see a game getting announced there. Valve remained loyal to the theme of the event by discussing more about their Steam machines as well as the VR Headset project.
With Half Life 3 failing to get announced at GDC, fans went on to anticipate E3 for an announcement of the game. Unfortunately, E3 too didn’t see any Half Life 3 confirmation happening.
Half Life fans must have felt really bummed out by this. For decades already, they have been waiting for Half Life 3 to get announced and now, it looks like the wait is going to expand even further.
