Like every GTA sequels, the most exciting part is figuring out where the game will be located. Just recently, Rockstar’s Chief are teasing on how GTA 6 will be bigger than GTA 5 and it will extend the successful streak which the franchise has been enjoying.
For the fans, they are hoping for GTA 6 to take place in areas other than the repeated San Andreas, Vice City and Liberty City. Most of them agreed that Houston will be a great place to start but it will be so much better if the game can be linked to the other cities.
The popularity of Houston is overwhelming and this is partly owed to the Mexican border, which is so near from the city from Texas. GTA 5 has always been about bank heist. With GTA 6 set in Houston, everything will be about drugs. After all, the drugs cartel should be reachable in Mexico.
Then again, GTA 6 won’t be anything like how the fans are imagining it to be. We can expect to see something extraordinary but the chances of it being in a new city are a rather slim one. Many analysts and rumours are pointing at Vice City.
