The latest 1.09 patch update has seen many features in GTA Online blocked temporarily for security purposes. After all, the highly popular game had just gone through a rough period where hackers were ruling Los Santos.
One of the many features affected is with stealing a jumbo jet plane. Flying he Boeing 747 replica is a favourite past time thing to do in GTA Online as it gives players that pilot feel. There is actually a way for you to do so, even with the 1.09 update.
A tutorial video got uploaded on YouTube demonstrating how it can be done. First, head to the airport and you should see many airliner parked there. Get to the location as seen on the video. Once there, go to the Xbox Live Store and while it is loading, unplug your ethernet cable to disconnect. Make sure it flashes 3 times before you do so.
Now, go and hijack the jet and bring it over to your initial location. When you’re in the aircraft, do reconnect to the Xbox Live. Once you’ve arrived at the location, head back into invite session and enjoy flying the aircraft.
The same methods can be applied to the PS3 as well. These are very simple instructions and should work without any issues.
