Ever since GTA 5’s multiplayer mode went live late in 2013, fans have been crying out for Rockstar to introduce the heist feature in GTA Online. After all, heist is what made GTA 5 exceptional, unique and different to previous GTA titles and it would be fun to rob banks together with friends.
It is 2015 already and Rockstar is still pending to roll out the highly anticipated Heist DLC. This is despite of the fact that the game developer has already acknowledged the fans’ request. While the status of the Heist DLC remains unknown to the masses, GTA 5 players can look forward to playing it very soon from now.
This is evident thanks to a discovery made by a hacker. The lad has been snooping around GTA 5’s hidden files and folders and realized that the Test DLC was created on a date that coincides with the recent server inactivity.
The hacker suggests that Rockstar was testing out the Heist DLC at that point of time. After all, the Test DLC was so huge that it resulted in players being unable to play online for a temporary period. Obviously, the biggest DLC that is pending to arrive in GTA 5 is the Heist DLC.
Of course, this is simply a made up theory that is best taken with a pinch of salt. If the hacker is right, then it won’t be long now until GTA 5 and GTA Online gets treated to new Heist missions.
