GTA 5 has been released for so long now but that doesn’t change the fact that is the most-played game at the moment. The huge world of San Andreas in GTA 5 can still offer a lot more to the players. In fact, plenty of content can also be added to enhance GTA 5’s multiplayer mode, GTA Online.
Aside from the heist missions, fans are calling for Rockstar to add in hand gestures in GTA Online. We have seen the movies on how tactical warfare relied on hand signals to ensure a quiet operation. While GTA Online might not be a Call of Duty, such a thing can prove to be really useful. After all, not every player has the microphone headset. Even those who have them might dislike it.
The visual signals are not available at the moment but some players are relying on the existing hand-gestures to communicate. Showing the finger shows disagreement and saluting means agreeing. It might sound like a simple concept but the hard part is sharing the idea with other players.
Of course, a gesture system that will utilize the D-pad will certainly be welcomed. Players can assign their favourite gestures on the directional pad and use them at ease.
Such a demand by the fans is something Rockstar can deliver. After all, the game developer has created the impossible which is GTA 5 itself. The call for gestures is certainly different but worth the addition into the 2013 Game of The Year.
