After an intense search, it seems like the players have cracked the codes. For starters, the alien can be spotted underneath a cave in a remote village on the same mountain. To see it, players have to fly to the unchartered portion of Mount Chilliad which is shaped like a UFO itself.
Upon locating the village, players must prepare for war as the villagers are a threat. After killing the locals, circle the village downwards and a cave with a strange marking will be spotted. Of course, there is still no way to enter the cave.
As for the jetpacks, it seems to be located at Fort Zancudo. Some players have been exploiting the upside-down glitch and discovered an elevator in the military camp, which leads deep into the underground.
This is the hidden elevator the players have been buzzing about. It leads to a hidden empty room where the jetpack is expected to spawn.
On the other hand, this is still unproven and some players hinted that it could be a beam that showcases the aliens that appear at 3am.
There is still so much yet to be uncovered in GTA 5 but knowing the players, they will no call it quit. While the discoveries are still fresh, the players are not far away from cracking the case entirely.
