Gamers playing GTA 5 have had to look into alternate ways to make money in the game ever since Rockstar released an update that saw the income cut in half in missions. Rockstar may have wanted gamers to look into other missions but it seems that this was met with negativity by players. Some gamers went as far as saying that Rockstar was pushing people into using real money.
Gamers did find other ways of making cash in the game. They found that they could farm money in GTA 5. There is money to be had in a region west of Los Santos underwater. Players found that they could get the money for the first time and then make the switch between characters before then going back to the first character they used. This can be done many times and if you have patience to do it 80 times you will have a $1 million in the bank.
Stolen cars can be sold to Simeon and Simeon gives gamers a list of cars he wants. Gamers can then steal it and hand it to Simeon after being careful not to damage the car. While there isn’t a great reward this is one way to earn money. Alternatively players have been robbing armoured tricks, which are located throughout Los Santos. The driver is killed and the door blasted with a gun or C4, which brings around $5,000.
Gamers have cheated and got $5 million in just one hour when playing GTA Online. When cheating gamers cannot collect trophies or achievements so this is worth considering. In order to be able to collect them the game has to be reset. Cheats can be used up to and after the 1.09 update.
