GTA 5 players that have been living under a rock should spend some time outside and learn on Rockstar’s latest announcement involving the game. Apparently, support for GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 and PS3 is about to expire.
Once that happens, Rockstar will cease from updating GTA 5 on the older gen-consoles. The game developer also claims that the ceasing of support is solely due to the Xbox 360 and PS3’s hardwares reaching its limit.
While it might sound heart-breaking, Rockstar assured players that there will still be a couple more DLCs coming to the game. While no details were shared on them, Rockstar concluded their announcement by teasing that the final DLC will be the highly anticipated Heist DLC.
With that being said, players should start gearing up as they are about to go rob a bank with their friends. Unfortunately, once the Heist DLC arrives, it will mark the end of every update for GTA 5 on the PS3 and the Xbox 360.
