The downside to digital gaming is the frequent updates that are required to run the game properly. This is the case for GTA 5 on the Xbox One and PS4 when players complained on the faulty day one update that comes with the game.
Gamers from the UK, Australia and other parts of the world were not pleased with an error they faced when attempting to apply the update. Regardless of which console they are in, players discovered that tapping on the download update option will lead them to the list of downloaded items page.
The worst part is that there is no workaround for this. Players affected are clearly upset by this as they have paid so much to enjoy GTA 5 on day one but instead, will have to wait until a fix arrive before being able to play the game.
Of course, Rockstar has been notified of the issue and are rushing to patch the issue once and for all. Call it whatever you want but this is by far the worst way to release a game.
