GTA 5 has been out for nine months now but it’s still playing up a storm, with every single one of the game’s features being an absolute treat. However if Rockstar had spent more time on the multiplayer mode it’d be even better.
Why Rockstar neglects GTA Online is anyone’s guess – multiplayer mode is definitely a bit short of content. The players aren’t asking for everything in single player mode to be transferred over to multi player mode, but a heist DLC wouldn’t hurt – after all, heists are what made GTA 5 unique and took it head and shoulders above its predecessors.
It seems the developer is listening to the fans though. Rockstar promised the heist DLC, alongside other content packages, to GTA Online. There are three DLCs ready for release – Dangerous Business, Online Heists and a Content Creation expansion pack.
This sounds fab, but we need more. There’s no apocalypse content despite players asking for zombies a la Red Dead Redemption. They’re also asking for Cruise Heist, Casino Heist and Prison Break.
With GTA 5 offering so much content and so many add-ons, players will be stuck on the game for years and Rockstar is smart enough to take advantage of this.
