The Google Pixel smartphones both come with a solid rear camera and while there is nothing wrong with the quality of the images, some users have reported that the device seems to have a lens flare whenever they take a picture under certain condition.
There are times when having a cool lens flare effect in the image is nice and artsy and we do like to show off the J.J Abrams in us sometimes but we do not want the ring to be there when it is not needed and some poeple were not too happy about that.
Google seems to think that the software algorithms is the one to blame here and that they are going to tweak the software algorithms to get rid of the issue. They did not say exactly when the update will be arriving but did say that the update was just weeks away
