Months ago, we saw the arrival of Google’s Nexus 5 and the world was in awe upon seeing the device debut. This is due to the fact that the Nexus 5 is the first smartphone to have the latest Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. Now, the rumours are all aimed at the Nexus 6.
This upcoming device from Google will be the last of the Nexus series and would certainly be something big as Google would want to end the Nexus with a bang. While the rumours are still fresh from the over, 91mobiles.com has listed the Nexus 6 complete with its specifications.
The website revealed the Nexus 6 to have a 5.2inch full HD curved LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection. It will run on the upcoming 3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The Nexus 6 will come with 32 GB, 64GB or 128GB. Other features of the phone include a 13 MP camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera, Bluetooth, NFC, WiFi and 4G. Then there is the OS.
Many tech analysts are expecting Google to repeat the surprise OS release all over again. Many hinted on it to be the Android 4.5 Lollypop. With all this in mind, expect the Nexus 6 to cost at about $600. It might sound costly but considering what you’re getting, it is a steal.
Previous Nexus are developed by LG. With Motorola being sold to Lenovo, there is a big chance for the Nexus 6 to be developed by the latter. If this were to happen, then the Nexus 6 might be based on the Lenovo K900 smartphone. It is the best from Lenovo and the Nexus 6 should be about there.
