Google launched the Nexus 5 not too long back and it had to compete with many other handsets on the market. But how does it compare to some of the big guns?
Bear in mind that the Nexus is launched to show off new features and other handset makers have to better it with their devices. The Nexus One arrived and this made all other handsets fall under its shade. The successor to the Nexus One arrived and with it came NFC. When the Nexus 5 arrived on the scene it had KitKat 4.4 and this was something that other devices didn’t have.
It’s not just the OS that makes the device stand out. The Google Nexus 5 comes with a good camera and the processor is superb. Along with this the price tag is one that others cannot match. The Nexus 5 stands up to other handsets very well. It competes with the Apple iPhone 5, the Note 3, S4, Moto X, LG G2 and the HTC One. However it is a handset that you will fall in love with on sight or hate.
