Google Nexus 10 2 Release Date: Why We Can Stop Waiting, Probably

There has been a lot of hype and anticipation for Google’s Nexus 10 2. Despite that fact, there has been no announcement on the subject from Google itself.

If you’ve been waiting for it, you might want to consider other tablets to fulfil your needs. It appears that no FFC filings was done bearing the name Nexus 10 2. There is also the absence of any benchmark results or even leaked images of the device.

The Nexus 10 2 was heavily rumoured to be developed by Asus. It was believed to offer that 10.4 inch display with 2,560 x 1,600 pixel resolution, similar to its predecessor. As for the specs, it was thought to be a Tegra 4 chip processor or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 with 2GB RAM. It will also come with Adreno 330 GPU, 8MP camera and will run on the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat.

If it were to make a surprise release, the Nexus 10 2 will arrive in either 16GB or 32GB variants. It is still unknown whether the device is still in development. If everything is true, we should be able to see this Nexus 10 2 making its debut before February 2014.
