It is not that difficult to picture LG being behind the Nexus 6 and a smartwatch, this is down to the fact that they already have the template for the Nexus 6 by way of the LG G Pro 2.
Google have worked with LG on the Nexus watch since late on last year and so they have already had a lot of time to work on it.
This should mean that everything has been put in place for the smartwatch along with the Nexus 6. It has been said that the watch will be able to access Google Now and this means owners would not have to take the phone from their pocket.
The watch will work alongside the mobile device, while its core features will mean that it will be used as a stand-alone device too. The smartwatch will be able to do tasks, which could include showing photos in high resolution.
Google may also be looking to blend the Nexus and Google Play Edition for the watch, with other companies producing smartwatches similar to the Nexus phone.
It is thought that the Nexus 6 and smartwatch release date could mean that they will both be in the Play Store by June 24 and be sent out around the first week in July.
