The Goole I/O conference has finally concluded and it offered a fair share of excitement, as well as disappointment.
Google fans have kept their expectations high before the event and fortunately, they get to see what they wanted. Among them is the Android 5.0 Lollipop. This upcoming OS has finally been confirmed to be the replacement for the Android 4.4 KitKat.
Then there is the universal app backup which the fans have been hoping for. Unfortunately, this is something that was only teased by Google. The universal backup remains to be a mysterious subject but it could just be part of the Android 5.0 OS.
Similarly, the Nexus 10 2 failed to get announced during the Google Conference. However, there are new rumours surfacing which suggest that the old Nexus 10 will be replaced by a slightly smaller tablet, the Nexus 9.
Finally is Chromecast. This other feature from Google will finally be supported by the Android OS. It will surely add in more options for Android users to project their media files.
