One of the most anticipated games coming to the PS4 is Unchartered 4. This PlayStation-exclusive title is currently in development by Naughty Dog and things are starting to look worrying.
It wasn’t that long ago when the series’ writer, Amy Hennig, parted ways with the company after a decade long of employment. Now, Unchartered 4’s director, Justin Richmond, has also called it quit. Such sudden news certainly caught the Unchartered 4’s universe by surprise.
In Amy’s case, many thought that it was due to Bruce Straley and Neil Druckmann who forced her out. After all, the duo was part of the team that created The Last of Us and it could be that they are practicing cronies in the department.
Justin Richmond’s departure is a totally different one. The lad publicly revealed that he merely wants to pursue a different company. Justin was offered a job at Riot Games which is famous for its LOL. Jason revealed that it is not a disaster for both Naughty Dog and Unchartered 4 as he knows that the game developer will deliver a great game ahead. Naughty Dog even announced this publically as they bid farewell to Justin.
As for Unchartered 4, the game is fast in development and it might just make it for a December release. Of course, that is unlikely to happen.
