We see Norse gods and we all think that the next God Of War game will be set in Norway but it looks like that might not be the case at all.
According to the Director of the game, Cory Barlog, they are not going to out Kratos in the time where the gods were worship in Norway but a time before that. They pointed out that in the stories, there were always talks about a time when the Norse gods walked the Earth.
They called it the pre-migration era where monsters and gods were all here and that is where Kratos will be. He added that by putting a game in that time, they have more space to work with because they are allowed to create their own image of how the world and gods look like at that time.
It will be interesting to see how everything comes together when the game arrives.
