Genesis came in as the luxury brand of Hyundai and we already know that they will be releasing a couple of luxury models based on Hyundai models like the Genesis, Equus, Veracruz and more.
There are now new reports saying that on top of all of that, Genesis might be looking to release a plug-in hybrid model. The question now is what models they will be using as the base of this new Genesis plug-in hybrid model or at least that is what Automotive News are saying.
If we have to make a guess, the Genesis plug-in hybrid will be a sedan since they did show off a Genesis Hybrid Sports Sedan concept at the New York Auto Show this year.
However, even if this rumor is true, we will not be seeing it so soon. We are expecting to see models like the G80, G70, a coupe model as well as another crossover.
