It is certainly not the best time to be a Samsung Galaxy S3 user.
This is because of the device, reaching its expiry date at the worst possible moment. Now, the S3 will spend the rest of its years with all the bugs plaguing the device.
However, there is now an escape route for the S3 community. Users can root the device to the KitKat. While this is already available, there appears to be a new one that offers TouchWiz as well.
XDA developers, JustArchi and Kryten2K35, have developed a custom TouchWiz. Despite it being still new and experimental, it is able to work like wonders. The TouchWiz is based on the Galaxy Note 2 smartphone.
Of course, there are some bugs which have yet to be addressed. The duo revealed that one bug will end phone calls prematurely. Nevertheless, most functions work well.
The custom creation of the TouchWiz is something mesmerizing. There is no telling on what indie developers are capable off.
