Ford will be issuing a recall to recall back the Ford Transit model after it was reported that the Ford Transit seatbelt might have issues that could affect how the seatbelt protects the passengers.
The problem here is with the rear seatbelt buckle which Ford is now saying could be damaged by heavy objects. If that happens, the seatbelt buckle will not be able to hold the belt in place.

Affected models will either get a replacement or a modification depending on the location of the seatbelt. There is no reports of the issue bring the cause of any death or injury.
Ford will start notifying customers on the 14th of March.
