The internet went crazy when a new report surfaced about the upcoming Final Fantasy XV game making its way to PC when it arrives and that the clue was with the Source Code of the website.
Well, as much as we would like that to happen, it looks like all that hype was for nothing. While it is true that the website code for the Final Fantasy XV does have the code that indicates that the game will be available on the Square Enix store, chances are that the code is just a product of some lazy coder and not a PC port.
NeoGAF, who first reported the new have also edited their post and added that they also found the same code in games like the Rise of the Tomb Raider which suggest that this was all a case of reusing the same code.
As of now, nobody knows if the game will be ported to PC or not but with so many games now making their way on PC, who is to say that it won’t happen.
