Bethesda first ever attempt to enter the mobile game world was with the Fallout Shelter game. It could have been because it is Fallout or because it was a really fun game, whichever one it is, the game was a success and Bethesda might now be considering coming out with a few more mobile games.
According to GameSpot, Todd Howard was impressed with the amount of success Fallout Shelter had. He also added that they are getting inspired to make more of their own mobile games especially since everybody in the studio is playing them.
He did not elaborate on what kind of new game apps that might be working on or what they have in mind right now but it does look like Bethesda is slowly seeing the appeal of releasing mobile games.
