There is a huge anticipation for Fallout 4, despite of the fact that Bethesda has yet to announce anything about it. However, if the rumours are to be referred to, it seems that Fallout 4 is not coming at all.
The word is that Fallout 4 has been discarded by Bethesda, due to the game developer’s failure in turning the sequel into an MMORPG. Apparently, Bethesda desire for Fallout 4 to come with online gameplay was met with heavy resistance by the series original creator, Interplay Entertainment.
Rumours concluded by claiming that Bethesda is super upset by it as they can’t do as they please with the franchise that they have fully purchased.
Then again, the above is based on rumours and it is best taken with a pinch of salt. The Fallout franchise has rewarded Bethesda with a mountain of gold and the game developer won’t be dropping Fallout 4 that easily.
