The last Fallout game was launched 5 years ago and now fans are waiting for the next sequel of the game to come out, which should be Fallout 4. Right now we have no idea as to when it will arrive but it should come out on the Xbox One and the PS4. But what about the graphics?
There is some worry about the graphics on Fallout 4 on the next gen consoles and this is due to the history of Bethesda and Fallout.
When Fallout 3 was revealed it came using the game engine that had been used on Elder Scrolls Oblivion and if this thread continues it is thought that Fallout 4 will have the same game engine that was used on Elder Scrolls Skyrim.
If this happens then Fallout 4 could come with graphics that would be below par and as much as Bethesda might try to tweak the engine for the PS4 and Xbox One, it is still an old graphics engine and it won’t offer the best graphics.
Bethesda may not want to make a new game engine for Fallout 4 as this would mean investment and money spent on it when they could use the older gaming engine.
