Fallout 4: New Title Does Not Change 50s Music Theme

Rumours are rife in claiming that Fallout 4 is in development and the game will take place in post-apocalyptic Boston, year 1980s. If the rumours are right, that does not mean that the game’s soundtrack will be based on the 80s.

After all, there is no pop trend in the world of Fallout following the nuke war. Back in previous Fallout title, each and every soundtrack is from the 50s or 40s with Marty Robbins being the most popular singer in the series.

Fans of the Fallout series shouldn’t worry about this as Fallout 4 will still come with 50s music. This is because everyone in the Wasteland is rebuilding themselves from the terrors of war and entertainment materials are scarce.

This is logical thinking from our end and it makes a lot of sense if the music os still from the 50s. The worst Bethesda could do is simply inject some underground hot pop 80s songs in the mix.
