It is unfortunate that both Fallout and Half Life fans are being forced to wait for a long a period of time before they are able to get an announcement on their respective sequel.
Of course, the unluckier of the two are the Half Life fans as the wait for Half Life 3 has surpassed the decade mark. Fallout fans, on the other hand, have waited about 7 years for Bethesda to announce on Fallout 4.
With the arrival of the Xbox One and PS4, together with the growing gaming community, there is a chance that both Fallout 4 and Half Life 3 will get announced very soon from now.
Then again, there is no way to prove this point for sure but it is a mistake to tout both titles as not coming at all. After all, both the Fallout and Half Life franchise are among the most profitable of all and the arrival of Fallout 4 and Half Life 3 is simply inevitable.
