Rumours are rife in indicating that Fallout 4 has been cancelled from production by Bethesda due to ‘fallout’ with original series creator, Interplay Entertainment.
In detail, Bethesda is revealed to be frustrated with how they are unable to turn Fallout 4 into an MMORPG. Every time they intend to do so, Interplay is always there to stop them.
For Bethesda, this is ultimately disappointing since they can’t do as they please with a series that they have fully purchased from Interplay Entertainment. As such, the game developer has decided to halt Fallout 4’s production once and for all.
Of course, this is merely a rumour and it is best taken with a pinch of salt. Up until today, there has yet to be any official reveal on Fallout 4 made by Bethesda. Besides, it is difficult to see the company dropping a potentially bestselling gaming title.
