Bethesda has already released Elder Scrolls Online for the PC and it is one of the most played MMORPG in the world today. For gamers on the Xbox One and PS4, they are eagerly waiting for Elder Scrolls Online to get released in a month from now.
However, that doesn’t look like happening as the game has suffered a delay in its production. Bethesda revealed that the new consoles, Xbox One & PS4, run on totally different system which is also complex to handle. As such, the game developer requires more time as they need to tailor Elder Scrolls Online for each consoles separately.
Bethesda revealed that once they finish tuning the game for the respective consoles, only then they will release it. The game developer added that this will look to happen in December the earliest.
On the bright side of things, Bethesda urged fans to start playing Elder Scrolls Online on the PC. The game developer revealed that players can port their saved file from the PC to the console once the Elder Scrolls Online debuts on the latter.
Furthermore, Bethesda will be offering discounts for the console version of Elder Scrolls Online. Players who own the PC version can purchase the console version for only $20/€14.99/£12.99/AU$20.
