Those waiting for Zenimax to release Elder Scrolls Online for the next-gen consoles should keep their hopes low as the MMORPG game won’t be coming anytime soon. As a matter of fact, there seems to be zero chance for the game to arrive on the Xbox One and PS4 this year.
Creative Director, Paul Siege, brought out the bad news in a recent interview. The lad revealed that Zenimax can’t guarantee the game’s coming to the console at all. This is due to the game developer being occupied with the PC version of the game.
Paul further revealed that plenty of major additions are coming to PC Elder Scrolls Online. The list includes Justice System, Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. It seems that Zenimax wishes to roll out these new features even when they are not ready.
Paul claims that the company wishes for the players to get used to the system first before it becomes official.
As for the Xbox One and PS4 version of the game, Paul assured the fans that Elder Scrolls Online will arrive on those platforms. After all, it is part of Zenimax’s gold.
