It is no secret that Bioware will be releasing Dragon Age 3 in October 7 next week but a new announcement from the game developer has pushed the release date further behind.
While no details were revealed on the cause of the delay, an industry insider told us that Bioware is actually adding some more content into the highly anticipated third-sequel.
Dragon Age 3 is expected to be the biggest title in the game’s entire franchise. Bioware’s Mike Laidlaw already confirmed that Dragon Age 3 will be more open-ended, unlike its predecessors. Furthermore, there will be a new protagonist in place and the game will have a new combat system that requires more preparation, more teamwork and also more positioning.
Another feature coming to Dragon Age 3 is a 4-player co-op mode that won’t affect the single player storyline. Instead, it will just be a small-time adventure for those that wishes to play with their friends.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to try any of these next week. The game has been delayed and will only arrive on November 18.
