With almost every new game now coming with some sort of online mode, we are looking at the beginning of the end for Single Player Campaign games?
More than a few game developers have expressed how important it is for the new games to come with an online mode now as it seems like that is what the people are looking for.
Games like GTA 5 have been getting tons and tons of upgrade for the Online multiplayer mode but nothing for the single player campaign mode. All these does make it seems like single player campaign are the thing of the past and the future of gaming is all about online multiplayer mode. Is that really the case?
While there might be more games that focus on online multiplayer now, we think that single player games are not going to die just yet. There are tons of single player games coming like DOOM, Dragon Age, Fallout 4 and more. How long do you think single player campaign games will stay relevant for?
