The Android 7.1.1 is not ready for the mass yet but it is ready for the developers so if you really can’t wait to try out the new Android 7.1.1, you can now try out the developer preview.
Google has just released the Andriod 7.1.1 Developer Preview files for the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P as well as Pixel C. If you are in the Android Beta Program, Google will be sending you the upgrade from over the air. If not, you can also try flashing the factory images or flashing the OTA.zip files.
