Based on what the Dodge Charger Hellcat model is offering right now, you would think that the Cadillac CTS-V does not stand a chance but that is far from the truth as proved by The Drive.
The people over at The Drive decided to put both the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V and the 2015 Dodge Charger Hellcat on the track to see which is the better model. A the start of the race, it looks as though Dodge has got it in the bag as they pull away from the Cadillac CTS-V but just before the race was over, the Cadillac CTS-V manage to catch up and overtake the Hellcat.
At the end, the Cadillac CTS-V manage to hit about 159mph while the Hellcat only got to 150mph.
It is believed that the upgraded camshaft and additional hp help Cadillac win the fight. Cadillac also made some changes to the steering system, suspension, brakes and more to give the CTS-V the edge.
With this, we now know that we should not count the Cadillac CTS-V out yet.
