It seems that owners of the Motorola Droid RAZR HD, the RAZR Maxx HD and the RAZR M are getting a bit fed up. Motorola said that the KitKat update would be heading to the handsets; however owners of the handset have not seen it arrive just yet.
Rival companies are handing out the update to users of other handsets and this has only made the matter worse. However an email has leaked which is said to come from Motorola and was sent to members of the Motorola Feedback Network, they help Motorola by doing tests. The email was sent to those who have provided quality feedback in the past.
The Moto X and DROID have as close to stock Android as possible and this is far different from the RAZR line, as it got the OS which had been created with the Blur efforts and it makes it more complicated.
This could therefore be the delay. Owners of Motorola handsets can expect Motorola to deliver what they promised once all the tests have been dealt with.
