One thing that Dark Souls 2 is well known for is the hard difficulty level; there are hard boss fights and harsh penalties if you die. Along with this the game lacks when it comes to the graphics department. Some of the environments within the game are stunning and they do show that the designers did put a great deal of effort into the game, but then other places simply do not grab the attention.

Dark Souls 2 came out for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and it is under consideration for being game of the year. It comes with about the same gameplay mechanics as the other titles, with one of the changes being the removal of indefinite enemy spawns. This now means that gamers have to kill enemies a number of times and then they won’t come back. Dark Souls 2 came out for the PC on April 25.
