The fact is that people are more interested in playing the Modern Warfare Remastered than the new Call of Duty Infinite Warfare and since Activision has made it clear that the Modern Warfare Remaster code will only be available when you buy the Infinite Warfare game, a lot of fans thought that they can get away with it by buying the Infinite Warfare, get the remaster and sell off the Infinite Warfare.
Well, it looks like Activision is one step ahead of us all as they now announce that players will have to slide in the disk if they want to play the Modern Warfare Remaster. This only applies to those playing with a physical disk of course. We have to admit that that was pretty smart of Activision.
Just so you know, the new Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will retail for $80. There were talks that Activision would eventually sell the game separately but we do not know when or if that will be happening.
