China-Made Qoros Can Be Mistaken For An American Muscle

Back in 2007, a new automotive company emerged from Shanghai and it is called Qoros. Half owned by China and half owned by Israel, the company has some big plans up its sleeve as they look toward 2020.

Qoros have been hiring internship students to shape its future instead of getting experienced engineers to mass produce a variety of vehicles. One student, Jihoon Seo, has already designed 9 concepts for the carmaker and one of them is already a favourite for production.

The concept design features a grille that stretches from end to end, and also blended together with the narrow headlamps. The sole structure of the concept looks sturdy and tall, like a typical American muscle car. However, the thin windows at the side gave it more of a Rolls Royce look.

While some might question Qoros’ decision to invest in the young unpolished talent, the company’s Executive Design Director, Gert Volker, carries a different opinion.

The lad revealed that the internship program is used to seek out the very best talent in the world while at the same time, returning the favour to the masses by offering opportunities for the new blood.
