Chevrolet Colorado Struggling To Keep Up

GM might have underestimated the charm of their new Chevrolet Colorado as they seem to have been having trouble catching up to the demands of their customers.

The slow production rate have already been an issue in the past and to fix that, GM have already increased the production rate of their plant but it looks like that is not enough as well.

The St Loius production plant is working three shift a day including the weekends to churn out these trucks and now GM announced that they will also be upgrading the Wentzville, MO plant so that they can increase the production rate of their trucks.

The slow production rate of the trucks was often listed as one of the reasons why GM is still trailing behind the Toyota Tacoma despite being the more fuel efficient and better-looking model. Maybe this will help turn things around for GM and their Chevrolet Colorado.
