We all know that the new top of the range Chevrolet Camaro SS model will come in with a slightly larger price tag compared to the Ford Mustang but some fans are saying that the Camaro SS will be worth it.
That is because many of them believe that you will be getting more out of the Chevrolet Camaro SS compared to the Ford Mustang GT. The Chevrolet Camaro SS currently delivers about 455hp with its 6.2 liter V8 engine. The engine will be mated to an eight-speed auto transmission.
The Ford Mustang GT, on the other hand, will come with a 435hp engine. So not only will the Camaro SS be delivering more hp but it is also lighter than the Mustang GT. If you go for the 2SS trim model, you will be getting some additional features like heated seats, blind-spot monitoring and more.
The Chevrolet Camaro SS model will retail for $37,300 while the Ford Mustang GT will retail for $35,700.
